The Basque company will present in EMAF, in the stand 2A30 hall 2, between the 23th and 26th of November the measuring solution that is revolutionizing the manufacturing processes: M3 Hybrid.
It’s been a few months since the Innovalia Group first presented M3 Hybrid, a unique solution that has been revolutionizing the Metrology industry.
Innovalia Metrology with M3 Hybrid has improved the measurement process by combining two different measurement methods: 3D contactless scanning using an Optiscan optical sensor and the classic touch probe. After years of having to choose between either techniques, Innovalia Metrology now provides the possibility of interchanging the different types of sensors during the measurement process without the need to change allowing for seamless integration of touch probe and optical sensor measurements. M3 Hybrid is already reducing production times up to a 30%.
During the expositions of Innovalia Metrology in EMAF visitors will be able to experiment and carry out 3D measurements with our contactless optical sensor: Optiscan. With its ability to capture up to 60.000 points per second, the Optiscan has no rival when it comes to speed, accuracy and adaptability.
M3 Hybrid is not only the result of years of experience and innovation; it also represents the possibility of simplifying the measurement process and adapting it to a less specialist profile thanks to M3 Software, which has been certified and supported by the NIST and the PTB. M3 metrology software was designed to work in both laboratories and in production lines and is capable of managing point clouds of up to 100 million points. M3 provides the tools and capabilities to make quick, easy and accurate measurements of a wide range of different manufactured parts.
